These terms apply to all custom manufacturing service agreements.
Service Scope and Eligibility
1.1 Agreement Applicability
These Terms apply to all B2B manufacturing contracts for retro game consoles, handheld devices, custom kids electronics, and educational STEM toys provided by Shenzhen Woley Technology Co., Ltd. (Emods Gamer).
1.2 Commercial Partnership Only
Our services are intended exclusively for business entities, including brand owners, retail distributors, and professional e-commerce sellers. By engaging our manufacturing services, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.
Ordering, Payments & MOQs
2.1 Quote and Price Validity
OEM/ODM quotes are based on current material costs and are valid for 30 days. Due to the nature of electronic components, final pricing may be subject to adjustment at the time of formal order placement.

Compliance & QC Standards
3.1 Manufacturing Compliance
Emods Gamer operates under rigorous manufacturing protocols. Our standard retro console products and custom electronics are produced to comply with:
3.2 Quality Assurance Guarantee
Every custom gaming hardware project undergoes a 5-stage inspection process. In the event of manufacturing-originated defects exceeding 0.5% per batch, Emods Gamer agrees to provide replacement units or credits for the affected quantity.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
4.1 IP Rights
All custom mold designs, proprietary firmware, and branding assets provided by the Customer remain the sole property of the Customer.
4.2 Mutual Confidentiality
We protect your trade secrets, pricing strategies, and design files under our internal security protocols. We are open to signing project-specific NDAs to ensure absolute discretion for your exclusive product launches.
Dispute Resolution
Should any disagreement arise, we strive for amicable resolution through direct business negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
